Accessibility statement
We sell accessibility testing, so this website is held to the standard we ask of our customers. This statement says where we stand, honestly.
Conformance status
We aim for WCAG 2.2 AA for this website. Based on our own testing — automated checks plus the same agent protocol we sell, plus manual review — we consider this website largely conformant with WCAG 2.2 level AA. “Largely conformant” means the requirements are met with a small number of known exceptions listed below.
What we did to get there
- Every page works without JavaScript: content is delivered as HTML, not rendered in the browser.
- No external fonts or third-party embeds are loaded, so nothing is blocked by a consent decision.
- Landmarks, one
h1per page and a logical heading order throughout. - Visible focus indicators with at least 3:1 contrast against adjacent colours.
- Body text at a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1; interface elements at least 3:1.
- Usable at 400% zoom and at a 320 px viewport without horizontal scrolling.
- Interactive targets of at least 44 × 44 CSS pixels.
- Animation limited and disabled entirely under
prefers-reduced-motion. - Forms with permanently visible labels, error messages tied to their field, and an error summary that receives focus.
- The consent dialog is keyboard operable, closes with Escape and returns focus.
Known limitations
- Product dashboard: the application at
/app/is in early access and is still being tested against WCAG 2.2 AA. Known gaps are tracked and fixed continuously; ask us for the current state before you buy. - Third-party booking: where we link to an external scheduling tool, its accessibility is outside our control. If it blocks you, email us and we will arrange the appointment directly.
- PDF downloads: older reports may not be fully tagged. We will supply an accessible version on request.

How this statement was produced
Prepared on 2026-09-01 through self-assessment: automated WCAG 2.2 testing, agent-run keyboard, screen-reader and alt-text protocols, and manual review with NVDA and VoiceOver. We review it after every significant change to the website and at least once a year.
