Pricing questions

What counts as a page?

A unique URL found by the crawler after normalising parameters. Paginated archives and filter combinations are collapsed by default; you can change that per site.

What is a “journey”?

A defined path through your site that agents test end to end — for example home → search → product → cart → checkout. You define them once; agents re-run them on every cycle.

Can I cancel?

Monthly plans are cancellable to the end of the month. Annual plans run for a year. No setup fee, no minimum term beyond that.

Do you offer an audit as a service?

Yes — a human expert audit on top of the platform, priced per scope. It is the right call before a legal deadline or a relaunch. Ask for a quote.

Is VAT included?

No, prices are net. German customers pay 19% VAT; EU businesses with a valid VAT ID are invoiced under the reverse-charge procedure.
